One of these, Tappuah, is the name of a city in the tribe of Judah, Joshua 15:34 and there is also Bethtappuah in the same tribe, 1-Chronicles 2:53 which one, or both, might have their name from this man; and Shema also, 1-Chronicles 2:26.
